Kiran Bir Sethi is an Indian educationist, designer and thinker. She founded the Riverside School in 2001 and since then has infected millions of students and educators with the ‘I CAN Mindset’ through her design thinking framework of ‘Feel-Imagine-Do-Share’ (FIDS). Kiran has been a prominent thought leader and advocate for child centric education for over a decade. In 2008 she initiated ‘aProCh’ (A Protagonist in Every Child), a simple way to make our cities more child friendly, and in 2009 then founded ‘DFC’ (‘Design for Change’). She was awarded the Ashoka Fellowship in 2008 for this initiative. She was also a featured TED speaker at TED India 2009.
Meet Eduhero Kirti – also known as Persipatient! She is a passionate and strong advocate of building ‘A Better World for Children’. On a typical day, you will find her feeling strongly about creating opportunities for Children to engage in free play; imagining different ways to add value to the community – especially children, making sure that aProCh doesn’t mean just fun but also learning. She is always excited about adding value to the stakeholders and inspires them to take ownership of the vision of aProCh. Kirti is as calm as a millpond under pressure and persists with patience to reach the desired goals.
Raj has been a passionate advocate for child friendly cities and gender equality, who believes in transforming ideas into reality. He is an MBA graduate from K.S. School of Business Management, Ahmedabad. Raj has 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry and more than 10 years of experience in social causes. He is leading the Bindi Project which is about inspiring people to love and respect India’s daughters. He is program head at aProCh. His passion and dedication towards bringing change has inspired many. He is multi-talented, friendly and a cricket lover.
Lukasha Varshney, a Product Designer and Sculptor with a love for blending art and functionality. She thrive on solving challenges through user-centered design and enjoys working with diverse teams to create meaningful experiences. With a background in Fine Arts, she brings a creative touch to every project, whether it’s crafting intuitive interfaces or streamlining processes. Design, to her, is about making life easier and more beautiful at the same time.
Nishi Shukla is a second year Human Resource Management Major at Ahmedabad University. As an individual, she is extremely determined, ambitious and goal-oriented. She is state level basketball player and trained classical dancer. I enjoy good music and food.
